7.1 SMS/Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number and opting into our SMS program, you consent to receive informational and marketing text messages from Overland Training Systems. Our messages are intended to provide notifications about upcoming course schedules and availability, announcements of new personal safety or skill-based course offerings, and confirmations and reminders for your course registrations.

You can expect to receive up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt-out of the SMS program at any time, reply "STOP" to any message you receive from us. For assistance, reply "HELP".

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7.2 Email Communications

Your use of our services also constitutes consent to receive email communications which may include training updates, schedule changes, facility notices, and optional newsletters. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in the email.
